This beautiful home is one of our newest
properties. This private estate is located in the
sleepy town of Makena, Maui, Hawaii, which is just
south of the resort town of Wailea. Makena Nui is
your invitation to relax and enjoy your dream Maui
vacation.
The exquisite estate features a very unique layout
that invites the sights and sounds of old Makena
right into the home. The first floor of the house
is an open “cabana” that features comfortable
furnishings; including a wet bar with refrigerator,
two barbeques that use either propane or Kiawe wood,
a TV with DVD player & VCR. The full bathroom
has a Japanese style furo tub for a much needed
soak at the end of a busy day. There is also a hot
tub with an outdoor shower that is the perfect spot
to enjoy a gorgeous Maui sunset in complete relaxation
and privacy. It is this wide open cabana that really
makes you feel like you have arrived in paradise.
Nearby
activities include; golfing at the world famous
Makena and Wailea
Golf Courses; snorkeling, diving, or kayaking
at the nearby Makena Landing, Ahi Hi Bay, or La
Perouse Bay; and relaxing at the many nearby beaches
including Prince (Maluaka) Beach, Makena Beach,
or Chang’s Beach. The home is also right down
the street from Keawala’i Church, making it
the perfect place for honeymooners to stay after
their Maui wedding. |

| There
are two wide screen LCD TV’s with digital cable
and DVD/VCR’s, stereo, wireless internet access,
and a fax machine. The interior is designed to maximize
the cool, gentle trade winds that Maui is famous for
with vaulted ceilings in the living room and bedroom.
Also included is a fully equipped kitchen complete
with refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, range,
and all the kitchen utensils needed to prepare a gourmet
meal. There are two lanais, one off the kitchen and
one off the bedroom, where you can watch the sunset.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and there
is also a very comfortable futon couch that can sleep
additional guests. Overall, Makena Nui is the perfect
place to come and experience Maui the way it was always
meant to be. |
