The fully furnished Plumeria Surf Villa has two bedrooms, a den, two bathrooms, one study, a large living room and an ocean front lanai. There is also an outside bathroom with access from the yard and the double bedroom.

The guest quarters, of three bedrooms and three full baths. are separated from the house by a garden for privacy.
